These Terms govern your use of the game TearCraft and this website, both provided by Isaev LLC ("we", "us"). By installing the game or using the site, you accept them.
1. The game and this website
We provide the game as it is at the time you install it. We may change, update or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Descriptions of features that have not shipped yet — including anything on this site marked as coming soon — are statements of intent, not commitments.
2. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play TearCraft on devices you control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not resell the game, redistribute it outside the official stores, reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows, or use it to build a competing product.
Recording and streaming your own gameplay — videos, screenshots, let's plays, including monetised ones — is expressly allowed, provided you do not present the game as your own work.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break applicable law while using the game or the site;
- cheat, exploit faults, or use tools that give you an unfair advantage over other players;
- interfere with our servers, attempt unauthorised access, or send automated traffic;
- harass other players or publish content that is illegal, hateful or sexually explicit.
We may suspend or terminate access to online features if you do any of this.
4. Worlds you create and publish
What you build stays yours — publishing does not transfer the copyright. When you publish a world, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and perpetual licence to host it, show it to other players, and use images of it to promote the game.
Perpetual means it outlives your account. If you delete your account, published worlds stay in the catalogue with the link to you removed — the author is no longer shown. We do this so that other players do not lose content they were using; the reasoning is set out on the account deletion page.
You can still have any specific world taken down at any time — remove it yourself in the catalogue, or write to support@isaevlabs.com. Do it before deleting the account if you want it gone: afterwards we can no longer tell which world was yours.
You are responsible for what you publish, and you confirm you have the right to publish it. We may remove published content that breaks these Terms or the law, without notice where the content is clearly unlawful.
5. Accounts
An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure, and for activity that happens through it. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time; see the Privacy Policy.
6. Purchases and refunds
Any purchase inside the game is a transaction with Apple or Google, not with us, and is governed by the terms of the store you bought it in. Refunds follow that store's procedure — start there. If the store declines and you believe the charge is wrong, write to support@isaevlabs.com and we will look at it.
7. Intellectual property
TearCraft, its name, logo, artwork, code and audio belong to Isaev LLC or are licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
TearCraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Apple or Google. Product names mentioned here belong to their respective owners.
8. Third-party links and services
The site and the game link to services we do not operate — the stores, Discord, Telegram. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The game and the site are provided "as is", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent the law allows. Where your local law grants you consumer rights that cannot be excluded, those rights are unaffected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of the game or the site.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always on this page. Continuing to use the game or the site after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
