Something broken, something missing, or a question about your account — this page is where to start. We answer in English.

Write to us

support@isaevlabs.com — we reply within two working days. To make it faster, include:

  • your device model and OS version;
  • the game version — the current release is 0.1.8, and your phone shows which one you have in its own app settings;
  • your nickname from Profile in the main menu, if the problem concerns your progress or your account;
  • what you did, what you expected and what happened instead.

Ask other players

The fastest answers usually come from other players. Our Discord server is where they are, and we read it ourselves. It is not a support channel, though — anything about your account or a payment belongs in an email, not in a public chat.

Report content or a player

The quickest way is in the game: Settings → Help → Report a problem. Choose a creation you downloaded, a player (by nickname, or from the players you were recently in a room with) or something else, pick a reason and add a comment if you like. A creation you report disappears for you straight away, and people on our team review every report within 24 hours.

You can also block a player: their creations disappear for you, and they can no longer join your rooms or send you friend requests. Settings → Help → Blocked players lists everyone you have blocked and lets you unblock them.

No game at hand? Write to support@isaevlabs.com with the name of the world, creation or player and what is wrong. You do not need an account, and you do not need the game installed. The Terms of Service set out the whole procedure, including how to dispute a removal of your own content.

Report a security issue

Write to privacy@isaevlabs.com with the details and how to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before publishing it. We do not run a paid bounty programme, but we credit reporters who ask to be credited.
